1. General Policy
Rameshbabulalji Academy offers digital educational products including LMS courses digital marketing WordPress mastery graphics designing and related learning services. As these are online non-physical downloadable and accessible course products return of goods is not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund can be requested if:
- The course is not accessible due to LMS technical issues from our side
- Payment is successfully deducted but enrollment is not activated
- Duplicate payment is made for the same course
Refund requests will not be approved if:
- Course content has been accessed watched or downloaded
- User purchased by mistake but did not contact support before accessing content
- Internet or device issue exists on the user side
- User does not like the course content after usage
- User shared account or violated platform rules
3. Refund Request Time
You can request a refund within:
- 3 days of purchase for course access issues
- 24 hours for payment deducted but enrollment not activated
- 7 days for duplicate payment cases
After the refund request time ends no refund will be processed.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund contact support with:
- Full name phone number email used during purchase
- Screenshot or payment reference ID UPI transaction ID order ID
- Reason for request
Once verified refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Partial Refund
Partial refund may be considered only if:
- Multiple courses were purchased but one course was not activated due to LMS error
6. Return Policy
Since the academy provides 100% digital learning products there is no physical product delivery and therefore no return shipment or return policy applies.
7. Account Termination and Refund
If a user violates LMS policies (piracy sharing login reselling copying content fraud) the account may be terminated and no refund will be applicable even if refund time is active.
