1. Delivery of Services

Rameshbabulalji Academy provides fully digital online learning courses including Digital Marketing WordPress Mastery Graphics Designing and other educational programs through the LMS website.

There is no physical product shipment or courier delivery for courses.

2. Access Delivery Time

After successful payment verification:

  • LMS login access dashboard enrollment videos quizzes study material certificates are activated automatically or manually within
    Instant to 24 hours

Delivery time may vary if manual verification is required.

3. What Users Receive

Users will receive access to:

  • LMS account login
  • Purchased course enrollment
  • Training videos
  • Downloadable PDFs or study files
  • Quizzes and assignments
  • Completion certificates (digital)

These are delivered only inside the LMS platform or via registered email if needed.

4. Certificate Delivery

Digital certificates are issued:

  • After course completion or assignment and quiz verification
  • Delivered inside the LMS profile or sent to email
  • No printed certificate is delivered unless announced separately in a specific offer

5. No Shipping Return

Since all products are digital:

  • Shipping does not apply
  • Return delivery is not applicable
  • Tracking ID courier slips shipping timelines are not involved

6. User Responsibilities for Access

Access delivery depends on proper user provided details:

  • Correct email phone number login information
  • Working device internet connection browser support

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

  • User internet issues
  • Incorrect login details provided by user
  • Payment not completed or pending from user bank UPI side
