2. Services Provided

We provide online digital educational courses including Digital Marketing WordPress Mastery Graphics Designing and other skill-based learning through LMS dashboard videos PDFs quizzes assignments and certificates.

These services are digital and accessible online only.

3. Account Creation

  • Users must provide correct information while creating LMS account.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login password.
  • Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Course Access

  • Payments made for courses are non-refundable once the user accesses or downloads course content.
  • Course access is granted only after successful payment verification.
  • We are not responsible for payment errors caused by bank UPI network internet or user device.

5. Refund and Return

Refund is applicable only in limited verified scenarios mentioned in our Refund Policy page. Digital course returns are not applicable as no physical product is included.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are not allowed:

  • Sharing selling reselling credentials
  • Recording LMS videos or copying content without permission
  • Redistributing academy PDFs images videos
  • Hacking phishing fraud activities
  • Using LMS for any illegal activity

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course material including videos PDFs graphics logo design website structure and LMS content is owned by Rameshbabulalji Academy and protected under copyright law.

Users cannot copy distribute modify or sell academy content.

8. User Generated Content

Any data uploaded by users inside the LMS including assignments comments and quiz data remains stored for learning tracking certificate generation and LMS improvement.

We reserve the right to remove any abusive or inappropriate content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% error-free LMS access every time
  • Job placement or income results after course completion
  • Internet-free learning availability

We are not liable for losses caused due to personal business decisions taken after course learning.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All data handling storage usage and protection is explained in Privacy Policy page. Use of LMS means you agree to that policy too.

11. Modification of Terms

We may update terms anytime based on LMS upgrades new course additions or legal requirements. Users will be notified through dashboard or email for major updates.
